Some Mustangs are blessed with magic if they come in contact with a Kirin Lion. The Kirin magic touches the Mustang from the tip of his hooves to the deepest reaches of his soul, pouring beautiful and intricate designs across his coat identifying him as an Enchanted Mustang. These Mustangs are far more rare than a normal Mustang, but not as rare as a Phantom Mustang.

On very, very occasions, the ghosts of past Mustangs come back to roam the land. The Phantoms are usually the spirits of exceptionally brave and wild Mustangs--and that makes these rare creatures even harder to catch. If you have a Phantom Mustang, consider yourself very fortunate!
